Otis Edward Adams, a dedicated husband, affectionate father, adored grandfather, and firm believer, passed away on February 18, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 82.

Born in Fort Worth on October 17, 1942, to C.E. and Catherine Adams, Otis was raised with deep family values and commitment. He completed his education at Midland High School and Odessa Junior College, followed by a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Otis had a successful career in public accounting and the oil and gas sector, with memorable years spent at HCW working with his colleague Frank Agar. He retired from his role at OGX.

Otis married Ann Cotton on August 29, 1970, and together they embarked on a journey of lifelong commitment. For over 54 years, they shared a life rich in love, joy, companionship, and mutual support. They enjoyed social gatherings and playing games, particularly bridge, with friends and family. Their bridge circle was an important part of their social and spiritual life.
