Falling Waters, WV – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Frances Adams, age 88, who departed this life on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at her residence in Falling Waters, WV. Her final moments were spent peacefully in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on March 16, 1936, in Elkins, WV, she was the daughter of the late Herman Brent Taylor and Wilma G. (Cosner) Taylor. Mary was the cherished widow of Theodore Emerson Diehl, who preceded her in death in 1977, and Patrick A. Adams, who passed away in 2004.

Mary completed her education at Southern High School in Baltimore, MD, and dedicated over three decades of service to Sears Roebuck Company before retiring.

A devout member of the Marlowe Assembly of God in Marlowe, WV, Mary actively participated in the church’s Young at Heart group, where she formed many lasting friendships.
