Karma Jean Hooper Albrechtsen, aged 89, from North Logan, Utah, peacefully concluded her earthly sojourn and joined her beloved husband, Rulon S. Albrechtsen, in eternity on February 22, 2025.

Born on May 7, 1935, in Ogden, Utah, Karma was the daughter of Richard Douglas and Effie Arthur Jones Hooper. She cherished her childhood spent in Hooper and pursued her education at Weber High School, followed by Weber State College. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Education from Utah State University. Prior to her marriage, Karma dedicated herself to teaching Home Economics to junior high students in Ogden. She wed her lifelong love, Rulon, in a sacred ceremony at the Salt Lake Temple on June 4, 1959.
