Jesse James Agin, aged 79, from Cottage Hills, Illinois, passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025, at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis. Born in Harrisburg, Illinois, on October 14, 1945, to Charles and Hazel (Feazel) Agin, Jesse had a full life surrounded by loved ones. He married Linda L. Thomas on August 3, 1964, in his hometown of Harrisburg. Linda remains to cherish his memory.

Jesse dedicated nearly four decades to Olin Corporation, where he excelled as a General Plant Manager and Foreman, retiring in 2001. A devout Baptist, he found joy in his faith and community engagements. An avid car enthusiast, Jesse was an active member of the Fat Boys of Illinois (FBI) Car Club, relishing his time working on cars and attending car shows. Above all, Jesse’s greatest pleasure was the time spent with his beloved dog, Max, and the company of his friends and family, who will deeply miss his presence.
