Frankie Fletcher Barlow, aged 87, from Stanford, KY, passed away peacefully on February 22, 2025, at Stanford Crossing. Born in New Salem, KY, on April 27, 1937, she was the daughter of the late J.C. Fletcher and Carrie Baugh Fletcher. Frankie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wesley Barlow.

A devout believer and active participant in her local community, Frankie’s life was a testament to her faith and dedication. For numerous years, she was a dedicated member of the Stanford Baptist Choir, later finding her spiritual home at New Salem Baptist Church. Her commitment extended beyond the church as she contributed significantly to the Lincoln County Homemakers, enhancing and supporting the community. Additionally, Frankie was involved in Sweet Adeline’s, participating in the worldwide A Capella singing competition, showcasing her musical talent and passion.
