Betty Anne Adams-Pioterek, aged 81, passed away on February 24, 2025. She died peacefully at Orchard Villa, comforted by the presence of her beloved granddaughter, Misty. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on May 7, 1943, Betty was the cherished daughter of Charles F. Woehr Jr. and Meta M. Woehr (née Hartmann). She was a graduate of Cheltenham High School and later pursued her studies at Pierce Junior College. Throughout her life, Betty held various administrative positions.

A passionate outdoorswoman, Betty spent over 40 years camping at Bluegrass Campgrounds, where she formed lasting bonds and cherished memories. Her hobbies included sewing and playing bingo, euchre, and other card games, activities that brought her much joy and amusement. Above all, Betty’s greatest pleasure was spending time with her family and friends, whose lives were deeply enriched by her warmth and companionship.
